The Callaway Diablo Black Tour Driver is configured to deliver unmatched power through superior design, construction and a revolutionary new material that is lighter and stronger than titanium, It features forged composite in the crown, giving it a significant performance advantage over all-titanium drivers. The crown contains 10 million turbostratic carbon fibers that reinforce 33% of the clubhead and allows Callaway s engineers to precisely control thickness like never before, resulting in a clubhead that is lighter but still has an extremely high moment of intertia. This lighter clubhead enables a longer club configuration, creating faster head and ball speeds while adding an additional eight yards (on average) over the Diablo Edge Driver. It also features Hyperbolic Face Technology, which is a chemical milling process that selectively removes excess material for precision thickness control across the face, producing consistently high ball speeds for long distance.
